On Friday 17th April indulge in Chef de Cuisine, Josh Okorn’s Chocolate Degustation Dinner featuring a 5 course menu with canapés and matching wines for $168 per person.
The dinner will feature wines from Morris, including Percheron Chardonnay, Criollo Malbec and a selection of their fine fortified wines.
The event will be hosted by Pernod Ricard wine champion Katherine Candy and guests will be treated to a live performance by the Australian Youth Orchestra.
At Cuvée Lounge Bar, our baristas are focused on infusing chocolate into delicious cocktails.
Sample a fortified wine and chocolate flight where the finest chocolate is paired with 3 perfectly matched fortified wines.
