It’s New Years Eve and we decide to catch the courtesy bus to Redlands RSL in Cleveland, QLD Australia. A live band is advertised and there is the Sails on Shore bistro to dine in. I spy a sign that says Cocktails (sorry it’s so blurred in the photo).
One of the Cocktails is a Choc Peppermint Tim Tam Cocktail
I peruse the menu and choose the Barramundi crusted with macadamias. Yumm! I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo until it was half eaten – oops! The fish is well cooked and the macadamia crust is very nice. It comes with vegetables including potato and leek.
