In these days of coronavirus, I have decided to regrow vegetables that we already have in our home. How cool is that?
Celery is so expensive these days. I paid $12 for my last bunch! If you have a bunch of celery, cut the base of the celery off and put it in water, then wait for the roots to grow. Transplant to a pot with soil and water regularly. Soon you have new celery growth – just like magic!
