The Australian Organic Meat Co are based in Capalaba, Brisbane SE Queensland. They have an online store with home delivery on orders over $80 within the Redlands Coast area. My friend Patsy visits them often and after viewing her video on Facebook I asked her to pick up some Organic meat from them which was really appreciated in these days of Coronavirus and Self Isolation. With Patsy’s advice we purchased the following:

beef strips – stir fry

beef mince – spaghetti bolognaise

pork mince – tacos

sausages – sausage sandwiches

t-bone steak – ate it straight away!
All for $50 and everything so far has been of the highest quality and sooo tasty!
Dinner tonight was Beef Strips from Australian Organic Meat Co that Patsy picked up for me. They were cooked with oyster sauce and broccoli 🥦, Bok Choy 🥬 Celery and Zucchini. Delicious stir fry and didn’t take long to cook 👩🍳
Broccoli was very fresh and so healthy for you. It’s known to be a natural mood lifter, too!
