Recipe: Banana-Berry Smoothie with Maqui Berry Powder, Chia and Flax seeds

I was viewing the Loving Earth website and came across this amazing Banana-Berry Smoothie recipe that is very similar to what I enjoyed at Wray Organics. I will be printing this recipe out and taking it to “Rainbow: Eat and Drink Healthy” which just opened up in Bloomfield St near the arcade and park that leads you towards Woolworths. Enjoy!

Banana-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

You need

• 1 large banana
• Handful strawberries
• 1 tsp Raw Organic Maqui Berry Powder
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp flax seeds
• Splash Raw Organic Agave Syrup
• 1/4 cup milk of your choice (I use soy, Almond, Cashew or rice)
• 1-2 tablespoons yoghurt of your choice

Method

Blend like crazy until silky smooth.
