I’m attending Melanie’s ‘Love Yourself Retreat’ 2-day event on December 5th-6th 2020.
During this challenging time, self love is even more prevalent than ever.
Set in the Hinterland, this retreat is designed for each person to understand and learn unique ways to love themselves with true self care and nurturing. Completely hygienic, this retreat provides all you need with all necessary precautions, including COVID Safe protocols!
A perfect opportunity to learn how your soul requires you to love yourself. Self care is a form of self love; a true understanding of all aspects of manifestation, conscious and subconscious and how they affect thinking, emotions, and the physical reality that we perceive.
The purpose of the retreat is to overcome the processes that bring you down, show you your ways you ” ‘un’-love ” yourself, often leaving you feeling unworthy. With an opening ceremony to welcome everyone and country, we shall guide you on a glorious adventure of the miracle you are, showing you how it feels to BE love. Through acknowledgement of breath and other physical awareness’ and techniques, preparing of food, drinking water, meditation, and Crystal bowl and Yidaki (didgeridoo) sound healing.
You will have completely and ‘wholely’ loved yourself for 2 days. Only when your cup is full are you able to truly and fully give to and love others. This 2 day retreat filled with a variety of self love activities including but not limited to nature walks, breathwork, posture work, burning ceremony, movie, cacao, and meditation.
Accommodations are camping in the hinterland, aimed at Numinbah Valley, alongside the Nerang River. Aside from all activities – all food, water, and organic health tea will also be provided. Each meal will have a vegetarian, vegan and meat option.
