@curicicookssnapseats writes: The wrap is the same from Plant Paradox book, page 319, jicama fries are peeled, cut and boiled for 10 mins, mixed with avocado oil and spices and baked for 30 mins. The dip is half smashed avocado, lemon, tahini, salt, olive oil.
